We've made it easy for you to find the perfect fit for your TummyTone Belly Band!
If you are currently pregnant or have already given birth, we recommend choosing your pre-pregnancy size. For example, if you normally wear a US size 10-12 or a UK size 14-16, you will need a Large. Please use our size guide for exact measurements.
After two weeks of using our Belly Band, you may lose some weight, and your tummy's size will likely decrease. That's ok! Use the velcro straps to adjust the size and adjust the compression with the elastic straps on the back to get the perfect snug fit.
Please note: We recommend choosing the size up if you are between two sizes. As mentioned, you can adjust the compression as you go through your recovery.
