To qualify for the 120-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:
- Use DermaFuse patches at least twice a week, as instructed.
- Avoid using conflicting skincare products or treatments that could interfere with results.
- Consistently use the patches for the full 120-day period.
- Document your journey with progress pictures taken at regular intervals to provide proof of use and help assess the effectiveness of the treatment.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund if your product arrives faulty or damaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping charges for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. To qualify, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
